Positive, The staff was super kind and helpful. Got my bags stored for free before check-in. The location is fantastic with two train stations nearby. The breakfast was solid with fresh croissants. Clean room and comfy beds topped off a great stay! 😊

The location is truly a gem, just a

stone's throw from the main square. The staff made our visit easy and enjoyable with their local insights. Although some noise from the street was noticeable during the early hours, overall, it didn’t disrupt our stay much.

Navigating stairs seems unavoidable throughout the hotel!!! Misleading key collection process, needing to trek under the sun just to start your stay could really dampen the excitement!!! It would also be tough for those with mobility issues!!!

Great location near the Rossio metro with charming old-world vibes! The room had a nice balcony view, though be prepared for a bit of a hike up the stairs since the elevator is tricky. Breakfast could use a little upgrade for freshness.

Our stay was incredibly frustrating due to the misleading check-in process. The room we were assigned was not the one we booked, leaving us to deal with unnecessary noise from the street. Additionally, the back-and-forth communication to rectify these issues was exhausting and unprofessional.

Super central location!

It was just a good match for a city break in Lisbon with very good value for money. The air conditioning worked well, which was essential given the noise from the street. Carrying heavy bags might be tough with the small lift, so pack light.

The location couldn't be better. it’s just a stone's throw from Rossio Square, making it super convenient for exploring. The room, while modest, was clean and had a comfortable bed. Hot water and working air conditioning were definitely pluses. Dealing with luggage was a hassle, though, as the lift was broken during my stay. I had to lug everything up several flights of stairs without any staff assistance. The room overlooked an unfinished building, which was a bit of a downer, and I noticed some mold around the bathtub edges. Noise from the street was noticeable, especially at night, likely due to nearby bars. Overall, it served its purpose for a short city break, but improvements in maintenance and noise insulation would really elevate the experience.

The location to trams is brilliant , making it easy to explore the area. The staff were exceptionally helpful , always willing to assist us during our stay. We enjoyed a beautiful city view from our Double Room , which added to our experience.
